Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Floret garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
